Cold Immersion Therapy
Cold immersion therapy can be done with a personal guide, or can be done on your own if you have experience with cold immersion and are comfortable going solo. A guide will work with you on different protocols and technique, controlled breathing, and prepare you for your experience.

Cold immersion has been proven to increase muscle performance and building, improve sleep, stimulate recovery and reduce inflammation, improve mood and energy levels, as well as boost immunity. We use state-of-the-art immersion tanks that utilize 20micron filtration, UV sterilization and self contained continuous chiller to provide the cleanest, healthiest and most effective experience.

**Guided sessions are required of all first-timers to cold immersion/ice bath therapy.**If you have never experienced cold immersion therapy before, we want to make sure your first time is a success! Guided sessions include personal, one-on-one training for protocols based on individual goals, a discussion of the expectations for your experience, practice of focusing exercises and most importantly, breathing methods utilized to maximize the benefits and experience of the therapy. We want everyone to have a great first time!

All clients will need to complete an initial Medical Questionnaire and clearance, as well as read and sign waivers specific to the elected therapy. Maui Body Therapy reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, for any reason deemed appropriate by personnel.
